CV Pools is a family-run pool contractor at 52115 Avenida Bermudas in La Quinta, CA. We have worked out of this town since 1998, which is twenty-eight years in one valley. Same address, same phone number, same family running it
It buys a licensed technician, real test equipment, and honest work finding what is actually wrong. You get written findings and a firm pool repair price before anything gets opened or ordered. Approve the repair and the whole $150 comes off your bill.
La Quinta is our home city, so pool repair calls here get us fastest. Current response time in La Quinta is typically 30 minutes -2 hurs hours, and the rest of the Coachella Valley runs 2-3 hours. We would rather give you an honest date we can hit than a promise we cannot.
Usually the pool is drained, the old interior finish is removed, waterline tile and coping come off, and everything goes back new. Many owners add lighting, decking and a modern equipment pad while the pool is already empty. Doing those together costs far less than doing them one at a time.
Yes, and a lot of our summer schedule is exactly that. Second-home and snowbird owners give us access instructions and a gate code, and we send photos and written updates at each stage. Empty-house months are the best window for replaster, tile and deck work.
Coachella Valley water is hard, and evaporation leaves the mineral behind right at the surface line. Light scale usually cleans off and the tile stays. If the tile sounds hollow when you tap it, water has worked in behind it and the waterline needs replacing instead.
Both are possible here, and summer heat makes real evaporation surprisingly fast. If the loss is sudden, keeps up after you top it off, or shows wet ground and settling deck nearby, treat it as a leak. That is exactly what the $150 diagnostic visit is for.
